I think maybe Asian self-help was a fad in the 90s, but I don't think I'd call it a fad today.

Next time simply ask them HOW, has their life improved ? Is there more passion, Love and expanded human compassion? Measurable by deeds of human kindness and prosperty, and a friend to mankind. (put your "I'm happyer now!" into ACTION!!!!
