Hello fellow sun sneezers! I never had name for it before, but that is certainly what it is.. I sneeze whenever i look at bright sunlight.,it never happens with bright lights though. I never gave it much thought until recently, and its also true that when i feel a sneeze coming on, all i have to do is look at the strong sunlight, and the sneeze happens, big tyme. How weird. I havent asked anyone else in my family if they experience it, that would be interesting to find out. thank you ! Heather....upstate n y

I agree with this post. I have never believed in forgiveness. I still feel a spark of annoyance or anger at the memory of things that happened years and years ago. If God exists, only He can forgive. People can't.

Love my wonder wash. We summer in a seasonal park on a lake with rusty water. Use filtered water in it so reduced water usage was important. Do 3 loads a week. Jeans, shirts, sheets, towels all ok. Blankets and large stuff to the laundramat once a week. Cloths seem as clean as with conventional machine. Ideal for what we needed it to do

I wanted to know if any of you that have PSR, also have pineal cysts? I have been a light sneeze r all my life but was diagnosed with a pineal cyst this past year. I have always between sensitive to light and have grey eyes, very light, and red hair. I have noticed that I cannot tolerate strong light without it causing me pain in eyes and head and am mostly blind in darkness.just wondering?

I love the Wonder Wash. It does what it suppose to do. I ordered mine through laundry Alternative website and received it quicky by Fedex. The assembly was easy and I began my new venture in the wonder wash business. I got the machine for my tee-shirts because of the iron on decals that I ironed on my tee-shirts. Some shirts were washed in the regular washing machine but wrinkled my decals on my shirts, so I used my other shirts with the iron-ons in the wonder wash. The shirts came out clean and the iron-ons came out as new. No wrinkles. I love the machine and will use it alot. I would recommend this product to anyone who washes small items. I'm going to wash some pants and I know it will do a good job. it says to follow the exact measurements of detergent and water, but you can experiment to see how much water and extra detergent you can use for the amount of clothes you put into the machine. I read some of the reviews about the handle breaking, so I will be careful and not force it when turning, just add extra water to laundry if you have trouble turning the crank, that should help. So cheers to Wonder Wash and two thumbs up.

Hey. I've had Anosmia my whole life and I totally agree with everyone who's tired of being asked dumb questions about farts.... NO! I CANT SMELL THEM! Im tired of telling people who don't believe me until they spray perfume in my face or tell me to smell their shoe. Look it up friends. It's called Anosmia!

rofl... I never knew that you hacked the AnySearch engines! That rocks! I kind of stopped paying attention to AnySearch once PGP had bought us and I was put to work on PGP 5.0 for the Mac. (I was just surfing around tonight looking up some old software that I wrote and came across this.)

Anyway, glad that you hacked the hack! :)

javascript: path = window.location.pathname; i = path.indexOf('/in'); if(i > -1){ a = path.substring(0,i); b = path.substr(i); window.location.pathname = a + '/sizes/o' + b; }

I agree that changing a single words shifts meaning in important ways; it may surprise you that a single punctuation mark can, too.

The first clause, the one that appears in the published document, is "non-restrictive" and uses not only "which" but also a pair of off-setting commas. That shows the clause isn't necessary to the meaning of the sentence because, as you said, it applies to all corporations and isn't identifying a particular group of them. Your suggested edit uses a "restrictive" or "identifying" clause. In some style manuals, you can use either "which" or "that" in this case. (I and probably you learned differently in HS English.) Whichever pronoun you use, the important distinction is that you must have no off-setting commas. With the correct punctuation, it would be "We come to you at a time when corporations that/which place profit over people, self-interest over justice, and oppression over equality run our governments."

The difference becomes apparent if you read the two sentences aloud and pause at the commas.

I also forgot about the bear attack until I found this photo. After reading your account of your memory, or lack thereof, of this moment in your life, I scraped through the cobwebs of my mind and to my best recollection, this might have been towards the end of the mini golfing during the speed golfing. I'm pretty sure the moment didn't last for very long before or after the photograph. Sure, someone might have pointed out the bear prior to our arrival but I feel like it was a very, flash-in-the-pan, sort of moment. Due to my lack of rememberability I am going to claim that the whole thing went something like this....
EXT. GOLF COURSE. DAY
A group of pirate wedding guests frolic through a North Dakota mini golf course at a fevered pace. Squeals of glee and mutterings of communism pepper the air. A giant bear statue guards hole 15.
A Pirate
Hey look a giant bear
B Pirate
Okay everyone Bear ATTACK!
The group of revelers Pauses briefly with panic-stricken faces, the camera flashes redundantly in the too-bright day capturing one false moment of a fake bear attack. The party continues nonplussed. There are more holes to conquer, nuptials to attend.
CUT TO:
Now personally I didn't remember the detail that Jessica held so dear, "communist mini golf" In fact I was looking at all my pictures of that day and I remember that we did those things but until I read your block and was reminded of that phrase I realize that I didn't really remember that experience at all. But with those three words I felt myself propelled back into time. I remember quite clearly picking out clubs and we each had to choose a different color ball. I think mine was either hot pink or yellow. Anyway I had completely forgotten about the basketball game. Such fun was had and forgotten. I feel like there must be something about collective memory. We each store certain parts closer to the surface and when all the pieces come together a fuller, richer picture emerges. I am getting flashes of the hot tub and the cowboy museum and dancing and sitting and super silly times in the hotel. I talk about these moments sometimes, but when I hear (aka read) others talking about them I find I am able to feel the memory and not just speak the words. In conclusion... BRAVA FUN TIMES!

Please keep posting. Don't worry about being profound, accurate, or even correct; this is what stops most of us who dabble in the philisophical from being consistent in our publication of ideas. You had me from "immediate implications for practical decisions" onward. This very post helped me to escape my own escapism in the form of nocturnal weekday life, where I could work and take breaks in complete peace, even finding time to stumble across your blog. Enjoyable, but at the expense of cacaphonic daylight hours. Yes, you actually inspired me to end my own procrastination of reality, simply by pointing it out in a way that makes sense. Thank you.

PS: I will only be mildly disappointed if your next post does not define reality.
